 		No large egg for me, as has been the norm for many years now. Too much chocolate leads to bad head days! But I do have a big bag of Cadbury Mini Eggs that will probably last a week or two.

 		My sister visited over Easter Weekend, so we took the opportunity to bring out the last of the frozen turkey meat. Huge slabs of turkey meat, which we bought just before Xmas. Three of the damn things!!
Nice meat, but considering it came in one single giant slab, I dread to think of the size of turkey it originally came from!!

We sliced it into three, and froze each chunk separately.

This was the third, final, and largest of the turkey slabs and it just about fit into the roasting tray!
A huge turkey dinner, with mash, roasters, veg and stuffing, was enjoyed by all.
..
But just like Xmas, there are Turkey leftovers, and from the look of things, we're going to be eating nothing but turkey for the rest of the bloody week!!!

.. Hopefully, on the third day, the turkey doesn't come back to life!
