I myself have Tourette's (Motor Tick Syndrome), I don't really regard it as a problem. I do get a lot of twitching, randomly say words that have stop-start rhythms and have constant need to clear my throat and/or make squeaking or clicking noises. I also drum my fingers on surfaces and bounce my knee up and down which annoys the fuck out of some people. The way I deal with it, if other people don't like it they can fuck off!

P.S. I don't go around shouting "WANKERS" like Pete Bennet does. Contrary to belief, AKA Big Brother watchers, only about 10 percent of Touretters use swearing as their tick words.

I think it's great the way she's used it as her own thing, and decided to push it into the world of comedy, rather than letting it control her.
Like she says halfway through, once you've watched her "biscuits" for 20 minutes, you start to filter it out. What's left is a slightly crazier than usual chat show, and it's certainly a fun one

That's the best thing to do with Tourette's, grasp it by the bollocks and turn it into something else. A lot of people find it quite amusing when I start spewing out shitloads of sacasm and what ever else emits from my gob.

When the term "Tourette's sufferer" is used I often have to stress that not all Touretters are "suffering". It also manifests in diffent ways in different people, it's not simply an all-in-one umbrella term.
