MalwareTech Arrested?

Linkage

In a bizarre news store, the British tech nerd who helped with the NHS Ransomware thing, a few months back, has apparently been arrested by the FBI.
Nobody knows where he is, or why he was taken.

My assumption is that he's been recruited by a super team of experts, hidden away at Area 51, to see if he can hack his way into one of the captured spaceships.

More likely, he perpetrated the whole thing himself to get attention, which then backfired on him spectacularly, before outing himself as an autistic genius to get out of going to prison for a very long time.

Something like that, anyway.

Or the ransomware was just meant to destroy all NHS systems, allowing for a simpler task to convinvce the public that privatisation is a great idea. That tech nerd got in the way of it.

Probably not but just a random thought. Still seems strange for him to be taken to America as opposed to the asme thing being done in the UK.
