Nope, just Disney.
And Disney are trying to do to Star Wars Universe what they did to Marvel Universe, and that’s A-OK with me!

I'm pretty sure I've never seen a Star Wars film all the way through... Phantom Menace being my most recent attempt and giving up after 45 minutes despite paying over six quid for the privilege. I truly fell for all the American whoopin' and hollerin' when it came out. I dunno what it is about Star Wars. Now Star Trek... can sit and watch that all day. But Star Wars? No... it bores me to death. I find the story, the characters... all of it really, just... forgettable.

I also think that I might be subconsciously pissed off with George Lucas, due to a TV ad that went "for the last time EVER, own ALL THREE Star Wars movies in a single box-set"! Erm... yea, then less than a year later he makes five more of the fucking things starting with the aforementioned Phantom Menace.

Also doesn't help that I have no damn clue whatsoever in what order one is meant to watch them now.

Oh... and it encourages this sort of fuckwittery.

I was never a fan of Star Wars movies. But I enjoy the Universe, the ships, the droids, etc.
The movies were boring as shit.

But The Force Awakens. The first of the new Disney ones. That was different.
If you enjoyed JJ's Trek, I suggest you give it a go.
It’s very much "his" movie..

I haven’t bothered to watch the war one from last year. Kinda feel that might be straying back into not-Jay-likeable territory, but this year’s I might give a go.

.. once it’s on iTunes, 'cos I’m not in a fit state to go to a cinema!

To be fair I think even the most recent Star Trek film I've seen is the one with the Borg queen. First Contact, was it?

Don't really have the time or will power these days to just sit down and watch stuff. But that said, Simon Pegg. :/ Here he is at the pinnacle of his acting career (IMO)

Yeah, First Contact was a cracking movie. But again, it's not really Trek'y. It's more "Generic Horror" in the same way that Voyage Home was more comedy/80s Adventure Romp..
Odd that the two least "True Trek" movies are my favourites!

Well there is at least one more after this one to conclude the Skywalker saga... and they are doing a Hans Solo film spinoff too... so be prepared!

I actually enjoyed the last two Star Wars films.
