Dabz	Nissan plant... there’s a special wagon in... 33m of tunnel, and a pit thing... it’s gonna be like jungle Jim’s! Got the theory bollocks out of the way now, all the legal stuff, and the usual made up tales from the instructor emphasising certain guff... Though I did have the pleasure of watching a video where a welder got his head blown off... ideal just before heading to the canteen for a sausage sarnie! Dabz	Well... I'm now a qualified rat! \o/ The tunnel thing was fun, we worked in a team of 4, and we had to find 4 letters (A, R, C, O) that was dotted about... Half way through, they pumped smoke into it, thus, breathing gear on and get our arses out of there... Only problem there was... They blocked the opening we came into (Which was on top of the truck) and had to find another exit, which was a flap at the back of it! When we finished the instructor asked if we found it okay... jm2bits	I remember doing fire fighter training (with the merchant navy) here: (I am not in that picture) You have to crawl around in that concrete box which they light a damp straw fire in... it gets really, really hot in the whole building. You can see about 1" in front of you... which is nice. To top it off you have to lug a large hose full of water (it is really heavy, long and stiff) - up and down ladders.. Then you finally get to the fire and think... awesome.. I can put it out! But you don't realise pouring a load of water onto a hot burning fire makes a lot of steam, which cranks the temp up a few more degrees. They don't do party bookings either
