We’re in the midst of Appocalypse2, right now.
Apple are being stubborn dicks, and removing anything that’s simply not been updated for a while..

I’m assuming this is why SpriteSomething's disappearing, but I’ve asked @MattFox12 for clarification.

For what it's worth, the app should still be available to you, if you previously downloaded it.
Go into the AppStore, click on Apps, then click your avatar (top right)
From there, click Purchased, and My Purchases, and then search for Sprite Something. It should (according to what Apple told me) allow all old apps to be downloaded, assuming they still work. (Eg, the 32-bit apps won’t work on 64-bit, but otherwise you should be fine.)
