A new era begins.

I still have plenty of tweaks to do to SoCoder2, but everything from here onward kinda requires that the old SoCoder is no longer available.
Things like Private Messaging and these Newsletters were starting to require double-posting, since S1 and S2 handled them differently.
There are currently 2 copies of newsletters 311-322 in the database, and that just looks messy!

So, today, I made the change.
SoCoder2's now the default script.
We're all on the same page!
