; Hello World

Been a busy week at JNKHouse, as bedroom reorganising is the theme of the week.

Mum bought a couple of bedroom units for her room in the Black Friday sales, which sparked off a bunch of reorganising in her room, and resulted in a pile of old crap being dumped into my room in the interim.

As such, most of this week has been about shuffling things around, and building up the flatpack units, and definitely not my usual 24/7 coding.
To say that all the movement has taken a strain on my health is an understatement.
I've been as helpful as I can, but having to sit on the floor, breathing slowly, in the hopes of not vomiting, isn’t great when you’re supposed to be helping to lift a large wardrobe up off the floor!

Most of Wednesday was spent simply sitting and trying to relax my sore back, which really isn’t used to this sort of movement anymore!

Getting old sucks!!

After all the work I’ve done, this year, rebuilding SoCoder and AGameAWeek as well as the current work on my Framework, I could really do with recoding myself, next!!
Maybe in the new year I’ll set myself some weekly goals and try to shake this 'stuck in the house' feeling that's been getting me down, lately..

HoboBen finds a wonderful looking 1-bit dither effect.
I’m sure a great amount of work went into creating the effect, but in the end could he not have just used a bunch of dithered textures?
For all you get out of it, would’ve been a lot easier.
I honestly prefer the look of the unlocked buffer.
