Jayenkai	Nice. My main gripe would be the time it took to load the level. Handy hint for speeding up all that Blitz-slow-Animimage-loading. (spoilered because the explaination got a bit lengthy!!) > Reveal 🔎 First off, stick more of the images into animimages, and try to stick to specific block sizes.. If you need 128x128 max, then have a load of 128x128s, even if you only end up using 32x32 of it..! Right now, that's much more loading.. but bare with me! I have a cunning plan! .. Blitz is slow at loading AnimImages because as it loads the image, it needs to free up space, chop up the piccy, and free up those bits of space as well.. What you need to do is free the space before hand, and handle the chopping up yourself... It's quicker.. Trust me! I learned this whilst doing Stringy Things, and there was a HUGE increase in speed.. Especially on this crappy old celeron. If you make your AnimImages into sets of.. lets say 4x4 blocks (4x128 = 512, 512x512 pixel images).. and stick specifically to that size, then you can significantly speed things up. Make a set of arrays for object's gfx (you've probably already got this), and right at the start of the game, (pre main menu) fill this array with CreateImage(128,128,16)'s. 16 frame 128x128 anim images. This'll take a while. Show logos and stuff here!!! Now, when you need to load your real animimages in, load in the full image, as a simple everyday image, and then grab each segment yourself. TempImage=LoadImage("Myanimimage.png") for x=0 to 3:for y=0 to 3 copyrect x128,y128,128,128,0,0,imagebuffer(TempImage),imagebuffer(MyAnimImage,x+(y*4)) next:next Freeimage TempImage --v (or something to that effect) Because you've already setup the MyAnimImage buffers, it's not doing it now, and things are so much quicker.. Obviously, the more frames you have per image, the quicker (perceptively) this process will be, and every second counts. But yeah.. Cracking game! Keep it up!
