The lineage of NeonPlat was starting to get a little silly.
Windows hadn't had a proper new NeonPlat since NeonPlat 2. Sure, there was NeonPlat Adventures, but that's an entirely different gameplay style.
Meanwhile, iOS had it's own version, and Android, too, had yet another different edition.

NeonPlat Extreme takes all the ingredients from all the different editions, and tries to stir it all together into a big giant vat of neon colours!

Editions
iOS is the "bestest" edition, with all 9 gameplay modes and GameCenter scoreboards and Achievements.
Android edition is second best, with all 9 modes, but no online integration.

OUYA, Windows and HTML5 editions are all entirely free, but are missing 3 of the gameplay modes, and obviously have no online stuff, either. But, hey, they're free!!

In addition the OUYA and Windows editions also support additional gamepads for Multiplayer Mayhem, so be sure to try that out!
