I voted resistive.

As much as I love the iPad's screen, I still prefer the pinpoint precision of the DSs screen.

I defintely prefer resistive screens myself, for the same reasons as Jay (DS/3DS and near 100% accuracy).

However, I voted capacitive, as, other than the 3/DS (and OpenPandora) there really are no other devices with a resisitive screen nowadays. Plus you don't need a crappy stylus now that capacitive screens now have much higher pixel densities and thusly are more accurate (but not nearly as accurate as resistive).

But yeah, pretty much all of my games are coded for resistive (and thusly accurate) touchscreens.
