| Yeah, I don't think that setup will be that reasonable. I mean, just pick the features you want, and there's about a dozen cellphones that offer it.
I was always interested in Lego Mindstorms, but never shelled out money for them. Plus from what I heard, they are quite limited in what the parts can do. So after hearing that, I started designing my own simple robotics kit system. It uses an erector-kit frame (metal bars with holes all the way down, connected by screws and nuts), and each of the controllable units were controlled by a basic-like programming language, all hooked to a main board and a battery pack. I never decided exactly how everything was hooked together, though...
