Freeware Antivirus + Spyware Checking

AVG Free + ewido anti spyware

Whilst reinstalling Windows I came across a new member of the AVG family.

ewido Anti Spyware Free (they used a little e, so I'm sticking with it!) updates it's database (but not software!) daily to keep your system in check.

AVG Free is also good, too, and does include software updates

(And the Complete Scan of each is fairly rapid when you've just installed Windows, and not clogged up the Hard Drive with your huge Emulator Archive!)
