New Steam Hardware Survey Data

Now Reporting Monthly Trend Data

https://store.steampowered.com/news/2099/
"The new version of the Steam Hardware Survey tracks hardware adoption behavior by collecting data on a monthly basis directly from computers running Steam. Today's re-launch of the public survey results includes data collected since June of this year, and reveals adoption trends from the past six months. The results are now updated on a monthly basis and allow readers to view specific reports of interest."

Wow, people are still kind of mid-ways on things... kind of makes you rethink what your base audience is. I'm always amused to think that I'm in a weird "mid-top" percentage that has a wonky desktop display and more ram than the average joe, but strangely I choose not to play games.

Being the type of person who plays full priced games for about 10 minutes, I gave up upgrading my systems a long long time ago.
The consoles are there to be "techy", but my PC isn't..

So, if the figures are all quite low, you can blame my 2 pc's for dragging down the averages
