This program searches for temporary files and other crap that you don't need. Be careful though - some of what it scans for isn't crap, like your settings for folders and desktop icon positions - so just search for what you know is crap.

It's also got a really good Registry Analyser, which searches for errors and fixes them. I've used it for a while, and just yesterday my sister complained that her account was painfully slow and 9/10 times XP crashed (though I keep suggesting she use Linux!) before she was fully logged in. After running the tool, which fixed 234 errors, her account was as fast as anything. It's a really effective program.
