The local Walmart has the upgrade edition of Windows 7 Home Premium that includes both the 32bit and 64bit version for $117. The upgrade edition would be fine with me because it's easy to install as a clean install, and I have both the retail versions of XP Home and Pro (my copy of Vista is the upgrade edition so I don't know if that qualifies or not), so it would be legit. Is there any real benefit of getting the professional version upgrade instead of home premium upgrade? I know the ultimate version would be a waste of money, just trying to decide which version to buy, don't want to spend the extra $80 if I don't have to. It was very quick and easy to have it send an alert warning when an appointment or deadline was coming up. I was kind of shocked to realize how much I depended on that thing after it messed up. I have been trying to get by with just using my cell phone to keep track of tasks, but it just doesn't have the options and ease of use that a dedicated PDA offers.
