When creating games for my phone, I soon learned that it was practically impossible to draw nice hilly areas in a Tanks style game, using MidletPascal.
Shame.
So, instead, I came up with a way to cheat that, and used Skyscrapers instead of hills.
Same idea, just a bit different.

Here's the Blitz version of that game.

Hit A to turn the AI off and on again.

If you were referring to MIDletPascal's inability to draw polygons, i found this Lib_gfx for MIDlet Pascal - it can draw triangles (haven't tried yet).

I wasn't sure on the speed it could do all the pixel based stuff at.
I mean, I could've just used a bunch of lines, but..
meh..
The phone's not exactly super-speed as it is!

Drawing the batch of squares was quicker!

It would've been doable if I could've drawn to a buffer, but Midletpascal doesn't appear to have that functionality.. It does have "Grab image", but.. I have NO idea if it Frees images, in a Java-GarbageCollector way, or what!
Gave up trying.
Used the squares!!

I really enjoyed this Jay, I just wish that it was a little more difficult as I beat about 10 levels with no apparent increase in difficulty. Cool game though.

I quite like this one. The gameplay mechanic (tank v tank on varying terrain) is relatively common, but I still like this version of it. I think this game could polish up much better with only a few small changes.

Mainly, I think the AI could do with a bit of a revamp, like Shockwave suggested. The tank graphics could be made a bit more obvious and more tank-like, and having multiple enemies all battling it out at once could be a thought - perhaps hotseat multiplayer with up to four players at once on the one computer. I'd also suggest changing the weapon trail too, while it suited the tank graphics both the tank and the weapon didn't seem to fit in with the environment so much.

Overall, a pretty good little game. I liked it.
