I need to get a load of images and ideas I've collected over the past few weeks into the same, consistent theme for my game - but I don't know where the best place to go to hire pixel artists.
I require logos, converting images I've got into a consistent theme, and lots of other stuff.
Any help would be great.

Sounds like a big job. And probably not one you'd get help for free.
Try RetroRemakes, or maybe Deviantart, or places like that.

DeviantArt is probably a good place to go to, if you're planning on paying. Browse through the galleries and see if you find something you like and PM that person, or make a forum topic about it. Be prepared to pay up, though.

If you want custom work, you can hire a graphics artist. A decent one will probably run you $50/hour though.
