You'd probably need to find a decent worldwide weather outlet that lets you use it's data. That'd be the trickiest part, I'd imagine.

I use yahoo for my watchfaces, it's possible to locate using gps and probably ip also. I don't think that part would be the problem.

Yeah, you could use a tool such as https://geoiptool.com/ to get a handle on it roughly, although gps would be way more accurate.

I'm sure there is a free csv export with some regional data based upon I.P. ranges somewhere out there, I did use one years ago.
