Animation Software

Plastic Animation Paper

It's traditional animation software that's now free!
It has a silly name, but it's very good.
Can export to *.avi, has many features (such as cloning frames, and copying things from one frame to the next).
Note that you need a tablet to utilize this software to it's fullest potential..

One thing that sucks is that none of the *.avi codecs are supported by YouTube, so if you wanna upload your work you're left to exporting all your frames and compositing them manually.
