Progress on the new Sandra design | I've put some more work into the new Sandra design I've been working on. Don't ask why it's named Sandra, there isn't a reason. The javascript source is named Joan. I was going to name the stylesheet Lindsy, but Wordpress seems to be a little more strict about stylesheet naming.
Anyhow, this is what it looks like right now:
You can see it running live on Spifftastic, but it's incomplete, so don't complain if you can't do something you think you ought to be able to do. Can't be helped. The javascript is probably pretty bad - I don't write javascript, I don't particularly care for it, I think just how little you can do without absurd hackjobs like AJAX is downright awful, etc. On the upside, it has anonymous functions, so that's always welcome.
Also, do not complain about it not working in outdated browsers. If you're still running Firefox 2 or even 3.5, I'm sorry, you need to update. It's for the good of the internet. If you're using Internet Explorer, I'm not really sure what to say about that, but I can assure you it would not be pleasant. |

| Lovely site, but not a fan of the great big black drop down menu thing..
Not that there's anything particularly wrong with it, it just scares me in that "Oh, FFS, here comes another great big bloody Flash-vert" kind of way.

| I'm with Jay on this, the drop down bar seems a bit odd. I mouse over Art, and it pops up. I mouse over Code, it pops over again. It took me a while to realise it's mousing over the whole bar and I think this is the problem.
