I found out that WebSense, that Fascist censorship tool, ignores FTP, and only filters HTTP traffic...
So, with command prompt at the ready, it's a matter of seconds downloading Firefox 2, WinRAR, HexEditors and Resource Editors onto restricted machines.
If you need to be walked through it, I've written a short tutorial on FTPing past WebSense.

| Hey, I'll put on my tinfoil hat with you. There's something like 1 security camera for every 14 people in the UK and the UK has the world's biggest sample database of DNA.
In that link, they suggested "wallets shielded by tinfoil or nickel". It'd defiantly look cool too
I wouldn't like to live in Orwellian 1984 -it's a wee bit retro
