1) It has a "New Folder" button!
2) It renamed multiple files, it copies filenames, it opens Command Prompt from the location, it stores your favourite folders, it lets you run programs from the directory, it has "file select by Wildcard" functions, and much much more.

I just found a really neat function in Version 11.
Rather than attempt to describe it verbally, I figured a nice shiny picture would do all the work for me.
