I don't know how many of us have one here, but how about sharing our friend codes, I know were mostly in different time zones etc, but no doubt some of us will cross paths eventually.

The 3DS has a 'universal' friend code, which would allow you to join specific other people in multi player games as well as (apparently) tell each other when you are online etc.
You add other peoples friend codes to your 3DS and their details will show up in the Mii plaza I think.
To get a copy of my Mii, just take a photo of the Qcode with the 3DS, then in the Mii maker channel, tell it to search your images for new Mii's.

How do you get the image off of the ds? It seems I can't copy the images off of my card... although it might be my computer. This computer hates SD cards.
EDIT: never mind that... but this is bad.
This computer refuses to accept SD cards, but my other one refuses to access socoder.net. (EVERY other site works, just not socoder.com/net. it's a freshly installed Debian system.)
I guess I'll have to boot into Windows.... presuming it still works.
ALRIGHT I'm in Windows now. Here's my Mii.

Wow, you can just point the camera at the screen in Mii maker! No need to even take a photo!

dammit, i deleted my post instead of editing!
Anyway, it would be nice for anyone who's Mii name is different from their socoder screen name to maybe add their screen name in their Mii welcome comment, that way we all know who each other actually are.

Mostly just viewing other peoples pictures, there are loads at 3dsporch (I think that's the name), it can view any .mpo files as long as the filename is 'correct' LLL_NNNN.MPO (L = Letter, N = number.
