There's a problem with this game; it doesn't run! I use Windows
XP. It goes to the menu, but as soon as I click "Click
Here To Start", it says, and I quote,
"EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION" and the program quits.
It doesn't matter what settings I choose, it always happens.
Can you help?

Am I missing something? There's no instructions whatsoever, and
after trying every mouse button and keyboard key, I can't make
anything happen except moving the guy to where a left-click.
There's a joystick option in the settings, but the joystick
doesn't do anything; there's volume controls for sound and
music, but the game has neither after the half-dozen notes that
play over the splash screen.
Also, there seems to be some serious schizophrenia as to whether
it's called Turret Rush or Turret Dash.
Is this actually the release version?

Yes and no..
Sometimes writing AGameAWeek produces random ideas in my head,
so I quickly plop them out hoping for something good.
On occasions (like this) the plopped out game is actually a bit
pants.
You'll notice that someone out there's inexplicably voted this a
10/10, but .. the Jay rate says 4/10. It's an idea, but it's
not an idea that ended up playing well..
Left click to a turret, right click to shoot the turret.
(The options tab is a staple, and always appears with the same
options unless I bother to fix it up for a specific game.)
