Well, I don't see that as being particularily difficult. I was thinking of [url=http://socoder.net/index.php?topic=2179&page=0]building an antimatter factory of sorts[/url], but had to shelve that plan because I couldn't ensure that the antimatter wouldn't come in contact with matter for a period of time long enough for me to invent an engine that would actually use the antimatter!
Compared to that, testing a nuclear [detonation] device would be a piece of cake.
