More Shelf Building, today. ’’Just help me finish this off..’’ and out I go.. .. Once, just once, I'd like to say ’’Hey, could you help me just finish off this 3DS Framework, and maybe get a single line of this week's game started before I release it on Monday?’’

Cocking hell...

See those two "p" bits.
Those are NOT identical.
The two screw holes are not centred, and are both closer to one side than the other.
As such, one is "Left P" and the other "Right P"
..does it tell you that? Does it fuck..

I had to imaginationalise the rest of the unit and pretty much guess which fucking way those two Ps were supposed to be going.

And this isn’t the first instance of this crap.
"The four Gs go here..."
And only an hour later did we notice one of the Gs had an extra little hole in it.

"The B parts go here and here."
And only after having added Cs and Ds did we realise the two Bs were (again) mirrored, not identical.
Had to unbuild about five or six steps after that one..

Putting together this unit has been one of the worst flatpack experiences of my life.
A complete and utter fucking shambles.

One wobbly unit, with wonky drawer, dodgy pegboard with none-standard hole spacing, and a shelf that doesn’t quite fit.

"You’re not taking my picture, are you?"
No, of course not!!

It wasn't .. The floor's uneven so we had to set it into it's permanent position before doing some tweaking to the legs, and then thwacking the shelf into place! It's much better, now
