Maybe. Dunno.

Hopefully it'll pave the way to future, full episodes. It's just a shame that so many of the wonderful, original cast are no longer with us

Hmmm..

According to this page, they're only going to be 10 minute "lockdown" episodes.

*didn't read*

I rarely bother to read more than the headlines anymore, but thankfully that never causes any issues whatsoever.

All three 10 minute parts will be compressed to a longer (with bonus bits) 35 proper length episode, on the 23rd

Really?!

It's absolutely fantastic show. I'm not religious and neither is The Vicar Of Dibley, TBH. It's all about the bizarre (but loveable) characters in the village of Dibley rather than giving sermons. It's incredibly funny, warm and very touching. Songs Of Praise this isn't; the Vicar has as many faults as the villagers!

Watching these shorts probably won't do you any favours. But I would wholeheartedly recommend watching the other episodes first. Start with the first one; it introduces the vicar to the village who are not expecting her (and likewise, she's really not expecting them!).
