Jayenkai	Fucking Phones Time to renew the House Insurance. Since last year's renewal, I've got a new bank card, with a different expiry date. Hopped onto the site, tried to remember the fudged password (with 67 bazillion random characters) and eventually managed to log in. Clicked "Update Policy", and got a phone number to dial. I started this policy from the website. I created the account on the website. I gave them the original card details on this website. Why the hell do I have to phone them, now!?! FFS.. .. sigh Fuck that.. I'll sort it after New Year. -=-=- ''Load, Next List!''

rockford	I can never understand this. It comes up time and time again. Why the fuck can we only do half a job online and the rest has to be done over the phone or in person at a branch or whatnot. It's the 21st Centurey business peeps. Accept it. Embrace it. I REALLY don't want to talk to you. EVER. I just want to do everything online. That's EVERYTHING, not just a portion.
