What did you get done this Month?
  • Started a Javascript board/card game engine
  • Baked a cake
  • Not much else, if I'm honest..

    Did everything turn out as planned?
    I guess it did. I'd've preferred a couple of standard AGameAWeek games inbetween, but I guess this new compilation thing is alright.
    I mean, the compilation's turned out really quite well. I'm currently playing through old Stringy Things, and going "Hey, I've had all these ideas before!", and it's nice that they'll finally have a decent home that gradually expands over time.
    But now I need to code all the bloomin' games, and ...
    eek!!

    Why not?
    Shoebox ended up taking most of the time away from me, this month.
    Hopefully, now that the compilation engine is near enough spot-on, I can simply code a quick little plaything every so often, like I do with Foldapuz, and then get right back to regular AGameAWeek.

    What are you working on right now?
    Not much of anything.
    I should be making a start on a new AGameAWeek game, but ..

    How's that going?
    The game I started the other day just looks plain and dull.
    I need fresh ideas, I reckon.

    Next

    What's the plan for next Month?
    Continue work on Shoebox of Games, and hopefully get a nice collection of games up and running.
    And AGameAWeek..

  • Lots of coding and debugging at work, bit of video editing, the usual.


    Did everything turn out as planned?
    Nahh, hence the load of debugging which is ongoing

  • Returning to the gym regularly, shin splints are still causing me some aggro even now, I'm probably out from running for a while longer also.
  • Again, not enough coding on flap happy, works been tough this year and I still need to write up some automatic accounting software pretty quickly too :/

    Right now? Nothing much, slightly dreading debugging for a whole day again tomorrow but it'll be fine

    What's the plan for the next Month?
  • Legs - fix me do, at least get back to the gym 3-4 times a week again, 2wice in the whole of february ain't that great
  • Maybe code more Flap Happy (Please let my head get in the right gear for it again sometime)
  • Hopefully just have a lot of things complete in coding in general. I'm craving starting on a new game but refuse to until I've finished this one,
