How's Things? - April 2021

Just a general checkin in thread.
How's everyone coping, as things are opening back up.
Are you staying secluded, or have you been rushing to meet up with family and friends, and get a new pair of socks from Primarks?

I had to order Mum a new phone. Her old one (iPhoneSE2016) was no longer doing mobile data things, outside of the house. Mine's working fine, so I'm assuming it's actually a network thing, more than an Apple one.
Guess we'll find out, next time she's out...

Have you ventured out yet?
Where've you been?

Only been out once since the 12th (apart from the usual food shops). Bought myself a car ready for when I pass my test. Test is booked for June but trying to get it moved forward

How's everyone else?

Better than earlier this year that's for damn sure!

My stocks are offsetting my debt with a good bonus which is nice, thankfully the debt is 0% and the stocks are looking good to improve further down the line this year. My health is slowly improving, feels good to get Flap Happy done and dusted and the progress on Bee Happy has come along a lot quicker than before, I think I started coding that on the 7th of April so I think I'm on target to have this one complete within 4 months, as opposed to 3.5 years!

Have been out and about when I get the chance to, popped into a few shops with the kids over the weekend just gone and that was nice.

Also, enjoying the red wine again, goes well with a lot of things!

Web / Game Dev, occasionally finishes off coding games also!

My wife's iPhone is having exactly the same problem. On BT network, same as me, so I suspect it actually IS an Apple thing.

Mum's is on O2, mine's on Three. Mine's still working fine if I disable Wifi.. Same phone, same iOS version, bought at the same time.
*shrugs*
It's a really odd thing to see, and being "Mr Techy" it's unusual that I can't figure out the issue.
Hmmm..
