 		LOL. People don't bag their dog's poop within 50 feet of a bin, so there's no way that you could encurage them to use this (even if it were real). Funny though!

 		Decided to give it a go. Ordered the box, and cut off the inner flap that said "prank". Ordered a small helium can, and got a roll of bags and a pack of zip ties. Going to box it up and wrap it as a present to give to a local pastor I do NOT like, but am stuck going to his birthday party next month. He has been griping about their new family dog.

Do not like the guy and instead of popping him in the nose, will give him this as a legit gift. I can keep a straight face, too.
