New ultra-awesome blog!

I've started thinking of what features I want in, and I've had a surprisingly empty head. While I know what I dislike about the languages I use, it feels like a lot of work to just recreate a language, remove some bits and change the details. Seems like a *snip*

Yup, awesome. And I don't think any WW has ever been made by more than one person, which could also be interesting. The thing is (I suspect), that everyone's busy with their own projects, and they'd rather not throw a week away and get distracted.

Less techy, less geeky; how can it be that? Isn't that sort of the shoulders of SoCoder? What do you have in mind?
Oh, and as far as anti-spam goes I'm very much against captchas. I hate them. Especially when you try the 8th time to see what the image is *snip*

That is one mean game. I was only able to clear a few rows.

I did? Hm, I probably did. But if I recall correctly, I was only planning to but never got started. My memory might be failing me though.

Hopeless, ain't I? I haven't given up on my previous 6,073 ideas, they've merely been indefinitely post-poned ;) But this is the 6,074th:

Windows 7: Public Beta

I've now gotten my laptop back and installed Windows 7, and I like it :) To answer Jayenkai's questions, from what I can tell:

Well here's 2+ years old one. Haven't done any effect coding for ages so I don't really have any "collection".

An image editing program

13th January 2009

I've thought of that too -- a batch image processing program.
This project still hasn't been killed off. When I last worked on it, it had just had a couple of thousand lines removed and I had just had a couple of thousand strands of hair removed. I'm sti*snip*

Never really noticed that all side-scrollers went to the right until you mentioned it :) Still don't have a computer to code on though, so I'm not entering. Is it a coincidence that Shroom's, Jay's and my computer die during Christmas/new year?

It does work. I tried it two seconds ago. Removed dot to make it slightly shorter, but worked otherwise as well.

String problem!

5th January 2009

Well I actually meant that you should just insert the whole string in there, not just the part after the email address. But if you can trim it down to that part then you only need the second regex. I modified your code:
[code]
//We've hit an ILN command,*snip*

Phoenix

String problem!

4th January 2009

I'd just take the easy way out and use regular expressions. Always work perfectly when parsing text like this.
To match this: 'ILN 5 NLN afr088@hotmail.com HELLO I ARE TEH c00lzorz!!11 454564'
You could probably write two regexes (haven't tested these), *snip*
