Not around much, frankly the past month or so have felt like stepping in front of a train. But wanted to pop in and say PLEASE take care of yourselves and keep up on any medical screenings. Just got notice a friend of many years from another forum died from pancreatic cancer.

So sorry to hear that. I just heard a work colleague has recently been diagnosed with prostate cancer, hopefully it was picked up soon enough.

Thanks guys, Hutch was a MASM genius, and will be greatly missed by the community. Really doesn't seem to be much help for pancreatic cancer, it seems like it is almost always terminal.

@TRG Will keep your coworker in our thoughts and prayers, here. I can only speak for here in my country, but with prostate cancer, here they say if a man lives long enough he will get it, but will he live long enough to die from it. Ie, it is very treatable and responds well and is often a slow growing cancer. Best wishes to him.

I'm just getting over a nasty combo of bladder & prostate infection which has had me in bad shape the past couple of months. My fourth time of having both. Extremely unpleasant and extremely painful.

First exposure to cancer was watching my great-grandmother die from it when I was 14. She was extremely close to me, horrible disease that ravages the body. Have lost count of those I know who have been lost to it since then. The most diabolical disease out there.
