Here's a revised version of one of my old BlitzCoder demos,
a mathematical wide-screen style presentation.
It started with one of those things I discovered by accident too often,
and decided to turn it into a visual demo
This basically shows the result of simply a X*Y equation, with absolutely stunning result!

Dive into a magical world between square and circular,
showing the power behind the creation of existence
and unraveling mysterious values such as Pi.

Sit back and relax, and become hypnotized by life's first spark of virtual infinity.
As if trying to explain the life cycle in a visual representation.

The download package contains a single Windows executable with accompanying soundtrack.

Latest Update

If you're familiar with the previous version, the main difference is that there are spectacular twists in the perspective now.

My computer is suck-a-rific, and doesn't like your graphics mode. I assume it's because it never likes full-screen programs in 32-bit. Would it be possible to compile a second version, for those of us with useless computers? Thanks.

Hey, I found that effect by accident when I was messing around with a xor texture. Well now I know what its called. I liked animation and music with it, the only thing I dident like all that much is the way that the texture gets really pixelated/messy looking after zooming out a certain amount. All in all a nice demo

Grab version 4b2 which supports the following command line parameters: 0 (autodetect colordepth), 16 (bit), 24 (bit), 32 (bit, default), S/Sel/Select (manual resolution selection).
For example "Axial Product.EXE" 16 will run at 640x480x16 resolution.
If you select one of the higher resolutions, your computer may start complaining (a monster computer is required for higher resolutions).
