Doom 3 has finally gone GPL!
I wish I had the time to do something cool with this right now, but I'm working on other stuff that revolves around Project Dollhouse.
Someone should totally port this to Monkey!

Good on them! One of my favourite games (Tremulous) was based on the Quake 3 engine, and it's nice to see ID's tradition of open sourcing their engines continue.

Yeah, it is. It would be neat to know which renderer this is though, but I'm thinking it is probably the newest one (since the folder is "neo").
Raven Software rewrote large parts of the renderer when they worked on Quake 4 and Castle Wolfenstein 4.
