Thanks Jay, I've just split it, and I'm finding a little easier. But part of the problem is that the edges stick into your palms, and it slowly slides down. Sooke having o readjust it.

Skyrim - Boring?

It's mixed. I found myself heavily criticising Skyrim, and ranting and things which are wrong in the game, whilst being unable to drag myself away.
When your in that zone around the middle, where you are powerful enough to go out and adventure, but not po*snip*

I am very happy with it. It's really polished, and it's pretty hard to find issues. Although it did freeze up yesterday whilst playing a game.
One big negative is that moving the text cursor is really fiddly, and the app store is too difficult to navigate*snip*

Trying things randomly is the problem; You will only solve the issue if you get lucky. Grab a pencil and a sheet of paper, and go through what you know, and what you need to happen, step by step. Then go back to the code.

Having used Java for years, I've grown to appreciate articles like this, since they point out a lot of the warts you have to deal with.
However Java is still an awesome language, and the JVM is actually pretty damn fast (even if it does eat memory). IDEs *snip*

As well made as it is, I prefer the Windows 8 interface. Seeing iOS on such a big screen feels like just on a desktop, but touch. Especially with the desktop like bar at the top of Safari; IE 10 Metro looks much nicer.
Although Windows 8 is full of bugs a*snip*

That is one thing I always loved about Hong Kong; Nescafe sell decent coffee in a can, everywhere! So it doesn't matter how bad the coffee is; you can always get something decent from a nearby vending machine or 7-11.

Make sure the parent div has a position set to something other then static, which is the default. Relative is a good one to use if you don't want the position to actually effect the element.
Width, scroll1 and scroll2 also don't seem to be in scope. Ensur*snip*

I would just use a file. Dirt simple, and dirt cheap.
If it's just one script, in relation to one expected request, then it will be fine. If it's part of something more complex, then you could have multiple files (each for each LCD screen), and I normally*snip*

I don't see the scrolling as an issue. The side scrolling apps clearly side scroll, because content gets obscured on the right hand side.
Vertical scrolling apps are clearly obscured at the bottom edge.
