Jayenkai	Just delete it.. Best thing to do under these circumstances, is to type the filename into google. That should tell you whether you need it or otherwise. In this case, it takes you here where someone's apparently having LOTS of issues related to oins.exe . -=-=- ''Load, Next List!''

Hotshot	THERE is so many different Anit Virus program such as AVAST, Avg , Bullguard and so on. It seem people doesnt know which is the best Anit Virus or Firewall program.

power mousey	yeah, I have AVG, Norton, and PC TOOLS Antivirus myself. I did have and liked the Webroot antivirus system too. But, it was only limited trial version for a couple of months. Now, I'm gettting rid of my own virus too. Dang flu virus and allergy to boot. A few more days, I'll be over it and not knackered anymore.

Hotshot	IT Should have Software program called POWER MOUSEY FIREWALL to stop all the virus and anythings get into pc for once and all. may the force will be with you LOL
