new laptop

it finally came
so i got my new laptop this morning, it is great

a dell inspiron 9400, 2 Ghz Core 2 Duo, 2 GB RAM, 256 7900 GS, 120 GB HDD

it is a great machine and i must say that i am liking vista ultimate and have only had one compatibility issue so far and that was with ewido. all my games run fine though sometimes they do crash while loading but i am sure it will go away sooner or later plus i save all the time in games.

i think i will start tinkering with DirectX soon, the only problem is that my graphics card is a DX9 card and not DX10

I'm kinda envious. I think I'll be getting a laptop
too...but one probably from Dell. Sticking with the XP.

Well, I could save up and get me an XBOX 360. Watch
DVDs on the thing and also play some of the games.
And especially and particularly when

the invasion of HellGate London occurs in August.
and also results in the Fallout 3 as well.


But which one?

 		To be honest Hyrule, I'd reackon it'll be a while before you'll start needing any of the features that require a DirectX 10 compatible graphics card.

But I would recommend looking at Managed DirectX. I'm loving it.
