A Night Out to the Museum

hello everybody.

Last night my mom and I went to the museum of natural history. We saw and read up on both historical characters and events such as Teddy Rossevelt, Lewis and Clark epeditions, the bloody campaigns of both Attila the Hun and Genghis Khan, observed and researched on the construction of the ancient pyramids in both Egypt and also the Maya temples too. We observed the paintings and tool work of cave people and a assortment of animals in Africa. Most of all, we have a good time listening to the night guard...played by Ben Stiller.

Yes, we saw the movie A Night At Museum. It was a very entertaining story and with the comedic performances of Ben Stiller, Mickey Rooney, Robin Williams and especailly Dick Van Dyke. Although, I figured out the plot and the 'whodoneit' in about 15 minutes...it was meant to be a highly cute and entertaining family movie. Which it was.

I even cried during some of the scenes. Not out loud, mind you. I identified with Ben Stillers' character and his family in the story. Also, tears swelled up in my eyes
when he was using that laptop to research some of the historical events and peoples on the net. I then realized this movie is to inspire and encourage people to read up on world history and various events and peoples of historical timelines.

Go see and enjoy this movie. Who knows? You might be inspired and pursue your own history and greatness.

cheers everybody,
