I'm sitting here at 23:30, tweaking away at a brand new Munky game, when I suddenly realise I'm supposed to be doing a newsletter. D'oh!! Time for a really big mug of coffee! .. Sometimes I kinda regret doing this every week... Never mind, carry on! --- Lots of tubeage, this week. Last week, pretty much everything I'd saved had inexplicably been taken down, so I decided to double up this week, just incase.. In a strange twist of fate, nothing's been removed, so far... Typical! We now have a great big pile of tube!	-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Game.. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Normally I'd post a game from PixelProspector.com, here, but he's gone and posted Super Spike Dislike, and I'm really sick to death of that game! DD wants to know if it's still the norm to add "Date/Time/How Long" bits of text onto forums, just because somebody, at some point in time, decided that it might be a good idea. I'm not sure, but as long as the actual thing I want to visit is the only thing that's linked, that's ok with me. If, however, you have the page's link on one line, but then a link to the user's profile, WHICH NOBODY EVER VISITS, but is annoyingly close enough to the page link that everyone keeps accidentally clicking it whilst zoomed out on their iPhing.. Well, that's just annoying. Stop sticking totally useless links near your proper links.. Someone puts all the browsers to the test, and finds out something we already knew. Microsoft bodged their benchmarks, just so their browser looked better. socoder.net/?topic=2323 ; The rediculously lengthy topic A simple poll started this one. Then it went on and on and on! The conclusion appears to be that it doesn't matter who is better, only that their accompanying tools are wonderful. socoder.net/?topic=2325 PS, AMIGA FTW!!!	-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Developyness -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- ; Angry Birds Google/Rovio have gotten together to create a nice little HTML edition of the game. It runs really quite nicely, but has already gained noteriety due to the usual HTML5 issue. ALL of it's assets are all sitting, completely normally, visible, unlocked, all on the server, ready for the taking. I think most people thought that the big companies might've fixed this, but .. .. I guess not! Beware, people. If you treasure your assets, HTML5 may not be the way to go. ..sux. Still, FREE ANGRY BIRDS!!!
