I've not been able to sleep properly, lately.
I'm not entirely sure why, but my sleeping pattern is going super screwy.
Since the whole hospital episode, I'd been having to have a midday sleep, between about 6 and 8 PM, every day. Then I'd also sleep right through the night from about 11 til 9.
I guess, as I'm recovering, so is my sleeping pattern, except it also appears to be going back to my pre-hospital schedule of "awake all night coding!"
The past three nights in a row, I've been awake until 3am, and that's not something I'm used to anymore! It's leaving me mostly breathless throughout the day, and my breathing sounds like I'm turning into an 80 year old!!
Guess I should start exercising more. That oughta help, I think. Heck, If it doesn't make me fitter, it'll at least knacker me out so I can sleep more!
