After spending most nights, this week, playing with my latest musical toy, I opted to instead try watching a movie, last night.
I sat and flicked through NetFlix for around about an hour, before eventually giving up trying to choose something, and instead going back to Korg Gadget and trying to create a piece of music.
Much like having a giant folder full of emulator roms, it's hard to pick new content to try out, and instead I seem to find myself simply heading back to the standards. Episodes of Stargate, movies I've seen a dozen times before, things like that.
Fact : There IS such a thing as too much choice!
I think I probably need to start trusting NetFlix's recommendations more.
Speaking of "too much", Spinal's having a bit of an issue with a giant level, where it's become apparent that trying to create a huge level for a game is actually somewhat of a fairly large task!
This is usually the point where I'd give up, and let a random generator take over, but unfortunately, this game requires a little more depth.

A new iPad-Only app has been released from Korg, makers of wonderful synthy things. Currently available for only £20 (only?!!) it's a complete music package, as good and usable as Desktop-FLStudio (IMO) and chock full of different synths.

I never bothered with GameJolt before, but I got bombarded on Twitter yesterday, so reluctantly bothered to register and upload Game #1.
A fair amount of faffing about, requiring yet another image-size for the game's header, as well as a tweak to the html target.. Whether it'll become a regular part of AGameAWeek will depend on how quickly I can manage to wrangle it down to, but the site seems decent enough.

The other day I figured I needed a "30-pin to Lightning" cable for my iPad, so went to Amazon to find the cheapest one I could. £3, bargain, but it was part of their new "Add On" thing, where you need to order at least £10 worth of stuff, to make it worth them posting it.
I hunted Amazon for stuff to buy, but.. really, I've bought a lot of tat, lately, and I struggled to find anything worth buying.
.. This is the ONLY reason I bought 72 packets of Instant Noodles!!
Moral of the Story : £3 Lightning cables don't bloody well do what they're supposed to.

Today, I realised that with all of 2012's Hospital drama, I'd completely missed that year's Eurovision... Luckily, they post all the songs to YouTube, so I got to settle down and watch the whole thing.
