I went back to Nibbler on the vic 20 and made a minor version 2 update to improve the controls. This was the first game I'd made on the vic in decades and the first in assembler/rascal. Revisiting it I was able to improve how it handled considerably. *snip*

I like to put some essential sound effects in at the half way point and the rest as I go along to the end.
I like the silence up until that point, to focus on the mechanics. Sound later helps to round off the whole sensory experience.

My dad's been seriously ill in hospital with it since 1am on boxing day. That was a long wait in a&e I can tell you. 11 hours before he got into a bed. The first 5 hours there were no doctors in a&e due to it being Xmas as sickness staffing pro*snip*

Everything I do in the day job is responsive generally using grids. It's easier to do if thinking about mobile and desktop views from the beginning, rather than trying to make one or the other to work later.
At home I use Google sites which gives you *snip*

Well here in the UK they changed the name from opal fruits to starburst. At that time they kept orange and strawberry flavours but merged lemon and lime together and added blackcurrant.
I've never liked the new flavours so stopped buying them. The new*snip*
