Unresponsive mouse in Windows

I get mouse issues from time to time. Usually is a sign to give the PC a little attention and clean it up a bit. If the problem persists I uninstall the USB drivers/devices and reinstall. Sometimes just changing which USB port the mouse is plugged into *snip*
