What did you get done this week.
  • Arcade Slots : Pacman Edition
  • Fixed the security hole, reenabled uploads
  • Did a ludicrous amount of sitting about.

    Did everything turn out as planned?
    More or less, yeah! To be honest, I've had quite a good week, this week. I've got website work done, made a game, and even taken the time to get my iDev suite up to date. And boy did that take some doing!
    Annoyingly, I think I now need to restart any old games, instead of simply updating them. Grrr..
    Still, a reason to do sequels instead

    Why not?
    Not sure, I just don't seem to be in the mood, I guess. I have about 5 episodes from Season 4 left to watch, and I'm pretty damned sure Season 5 has probably already started.. It is October, after all.
    In fact, speaking of TV I need to catch up on, I still haven't seen the South Park episodes that I missed whilst in hospital, nor any Mythbusters. Gonna have to track those down.
    Oh, and season 2 of Episodes, too, 'cos that was on, as well.. Fook.

    What are you working on right now?
    Not sure. I'm supposed to be trying out GameMaker-Steam today, but I don't think I can be arsed!

  • Bumble about figuring out what else to do..

         		Looks like we forgot about this one this week! Oopsie.

    Anyway, this week I went to Oxford Uni to start my Maths and CompSci degree! Started lectures this week, got tutorials tomorrow. Things are progressing alright...

    ...except my laptop, which I reinstalled before leaving in an attempt to fix an issue that has transpired to be a hardware one. Not only does this mean the original issue has not been rectified, but the reinstallation has also buggered up various other inconvenient things. Feh. :/

         		The thing is still functional and usable, but various little niggles keep popping up. Some I have squashed. Others continue, like the laptop forgetting the volume my USB headset was at last time it was on, and resetting it to 50% (it didn't used to do this).

         		I'm not sure if this makes sense or not but could the volume reset issue be something to do with a file that may have been set to read only?.
