What Have You Done? - August 2017


What did you get done this Month?
  • Released another couple of iOS games
  • Released another couple of AGameAWeek games.
  • Moved everything to a new server.

    Did everything turn out as planned?

    More or less. There were a couple of quirks with the server change, but most of that was to be expected.
    AGameAWeek rate is starting to slow down, but it typically does that towards August anyway. Usually I stop from September onwards and instead focus on my Advent collection, but this year I'm not expecting to do that, and am instead aiming for a new 12 Games of Xmas collection.

    Not sure how well that's going to work, though.

    Too much other stuff going on.
    But I've made a start, now, so things should hopefully fall into place.


    What are you working on right now?
    I'm currently trying to decide what game I should do for this week.
    Totally out of decent ideas!!

    Not well.
    I might give up, and go and make myself a Pot Noodle..

    More games!
    I'm currently trying to get Flappadiddle to work on iOS, but the onscreen controls are a bitch...

    I lost all motivtion for game coding this month after my flare up. Then my head just went all, well, completely sideways.

    There's too many crazy relationship things going on and it's pretty complicated, well, annoyingly so. So I've not been overly focused on Super Floofy Sheepie of late, but managed to get back into it again last night. Hopefully I'll sort a few more levels out tonight then maybe introduce some other enemy types and / or power-ups.

    But still, worklife is going okay, just need to find a solution to home stuffs

    Web / Game Dev, occasionally finishes off coding games also!
