It's a slippery slope, I reckon, but "Payment Options" is probably an ok thing to do.
I mean, right now, if my Mum wanted to buy a new app on the AppStore, she HAS to do it through my card, because I'm the registered payment option in our Family account.
If it had "I'd rather pay by PayPal this time", then that might work a little better.

But that's only if things go well.
What if a game can only be paid for via alternative means, and then it turns out to be a scam, and then you try to get a refund.
How does that work?

I know that "Everything Apple, Apple apple apple.. Apple apple!" can look like it's evil sometimes, but ... Sometimes it isn't.
