Kuron	Virtualization is getting to be so accepted now. They even make Crossover for Chromebooks and many Chromebooks are capable of installing Linux with a couple of clicks which opens up a whole world of possibilities. My chromebook can do Linux, but not sure how helpful an ARM version of Linux will be for me. But, not complaining when the past few days I have been getting just over 22 hours out of the battery when streaming YT podcasts.

cyangames	Oh golly, ended up bunging Linux Mint on another lappy today, this time one that I used to use t work until the Wifi module refused to work, along with anything else that connected to the internet. We ended up re-installing windows 10 on it and it still failed so I decided I'd have a go at disassembling it tonight. Turns out though, it was just windows 10 doing windows 10 things and borking stuff up with the driver. Mint instantly found everything on it and within an hour I've to it fairly well set-up for work to use for something or other come Monday, saves buying another laptop should one break in the future and KdenLive is a good video editor so, may as well see if it can be used as a dedicated machine for that maybe. -=-=- Web / Game Dev, occasionally finishes off coding games also!

Kuron	Isn't it nice when stuff simply works like it is supposed to? Years back, put my mother on Elementary OS and she could not have been happier. Pushing 10 years and that system is still plugging along for her. I have had good luck with W10, but each W10 system, the moment it was activated, I completely locked it down and blocked everything so MS could not update anything and break it or bog it down. My W10 systems have been the most stable Windows systems I have ever had. But, the ones I have are my last, I will never purchase another Windows system again.

cyangames	Adding a base station to it hopefully this month. Adds 4 more USB ports, DVD R/W Drive for roughly £10, nice! Picked up another 4gb stick o' RAM for £4 last weekend so it's now much more happy multi-tasking with 8GB as opposed to running Linux and Windows XP on 4GB. Might transfer it to the bedroom once I have the other parts to see how well multi-monitors work on it also. -=-=- Web / Game Dev, occasionally finishes off coding games also!
