What I plan on doing is stick to the same as today for now and keep adding extra laps every time it feels easier. Thanks for the encouragement Joe

Most of all it's best to come up with a regime you can live with. Even though it burns less, I recently switched from running to hiking/walking because it meant I could do it daily instead of weekly (and still be able to do stuff after).

Yep, that's the best way Bud. Starting at the shallow end and progressing, is better than jumping in at the deep end and drowning!
